Denise Martinez is a proud San Antonio native who believes strongly in the value of integrity and authenticity in each of her relationships. Her background prior to working in realty, showcases her heart to truly help others, regardless of the details. Prior to becoming a licensed REALTOR^{^{^®}}, Denise was blessed to have worked in Special Education. The experiences, skills, and fulfillment gained during her time there (with children, parents, and teachers) has proved priceless in both her personal and professional growth. It underscored the importance of clear communication while reinforcing her belief in the 'goodness' of people.

The skill set this provided dovetailed perfectly into Denise’s real estate career. She is now able to help others make the right choice in what will be the biggest and most important financial investment most people will make, home ownership.
