For more than 42 years, I have been an Austin resident and real estate investor. I know this town as a long-time resident and can help you know each neighborhood-old and new, close-in or in the suburbs. I have the neighborhood knowledge and buyer contacts to find a buyer for my seller's homes -no matter what the market is doing. Helping over 376 families to date and having a career sales of $280 million in residential home sales to date is a record that is hard to match in this business.

Married to a registered Professional Engineer in high-tech and mother of two grown children, I have been active as a community volunteer with school parent/teacher organizations, Junior League of Austin sustainer, member of the Playhouse Singers (we go to assisted living residences); past Board Member Historic Paramount Theatre, and Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd altar guild, Laguna Gloria Art Museum Guild (AMOA), Capitol Area Boy Scout Troop 3, past booster partner with Anderson High School CHOIR Booster Club and Choir Trip Chaperone(!), Anderson High School Robotics team, AusTINCans, and numerous other community projects. I know this town as an involved parent.
