Bio

As a lifelong resident of Knoxville,  Kara graduated from Carter High School, received a Business degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and an MBA from Bristol University.  Kara has one son, Cooper, who graduated from UTK and is now attending Law School .  Kara and her family are active members of Sevier Heights Baptist Church, and dearly love their church and church family.  They are a proud Vol family who have a long tradition of attending UT football and basketball games, and they love to travel and frequent good concerts and sporting events of all types.

Having the fortune of calling Knoxville "home" all of her life, Kara is blessed with lots of friends, family, and customers in the area.  Her friends will tell you that she sees someone she knows almost everywhere she goes, and she considers it a delight to add friends to her circle. Kara enjoys staying busy, and thankfully, most all of her customers become dear friends, allowing her many opportunities to do fun things.

Kara began selling real estate 18 years ago, when her son started Kindergarten.  She wanted a career that would allow her flexibility to be a Mom to the world's busiest kid while satisfying her professionally as well.  Her career in real estate has blossomed into more friendships than she ever imagined possible!  The decision to buy or sell a home is a very personal one, and Kara considers it an honor to be a part of this process with her clients. Having grown up with friends all across East Tennessee, Kara enjoys working with a variety of customers - regardless of location, home size, price range, etc.  Building deep relationships is her love and her strength, and she is always thankful for the opportunity to help clients reach their real estate goals.
