Matt Burgan is a cutting-edge agent who blends traditional values with innovative techniques to create an unparalleled client experience. The founder of INFINITAS Realty, a mission-focused real estate firm; the CEO and founder of Property Wand, an automated transaction coordination software; and the owner of Southern Maryland Staging, a nationally certified staging, and design company; Matt offers his clients a suite of unique services that help them achieve their property goals with ease. Matt’s hard work and revolutionary ideas have inspired the Southern Maryland Association of REALTORS (SMAR^®) to deem him the No. 1 REALTORS in the market area and have cemented him in both the SMAR^® and Maryland Association of REALTORS halls of fame.

Matt wasn’t always a real estate rockstar. He honorably served in the United States Marine Corps before earning a bachelor’s degree in business administration and technical management from Embry–Riddle Aeronautical University. Afterward, Matt continued along his military path, working with the U.S. government in the production of Marine Corps H-1 helicopters while building real estate rental portfolios on the side. However, after several poor personal ordeals in real estate, Matt decided to pursue his real estate license to raise the industry standard and provide an improved experience for others.

A natural-born, hyperfocused executor, Matt easily notices where the industry needs improvement and immediately takes action to make the necessary changes, always leaving it better than he found it. The organized and mission-focused consultant goes above and beyond to prepare listings, spending as much time as needed to perfect properties to earn top-dollar sales. In addition to spearheading software and staging companies, Matt owns a landscaping company available to surpass his clients’ needs. Averaging over 100 transactions a year and featuring over $500 million in sales over the span of his career, the Diamond Award-winning agent continues to be recognized as a community icon and national industry leader.
