Sabriya Scott’s BIO

I am the owner/Broker of Scott Realty Professionals and T & J Properties of Savannah. I am a licensed Barber Stylist and I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and a Master’s Degree in Special Education. I taught school in Chatham County Public Schools for 4 years. I have been in business since 2013 and have been a licensed real estate agent since 2003. In my 15 years of real estate, I have sold more than 1500 in a market where the average agent sells 8-12 transactions a year. I have been a member of the Distinguished Sales Society in Savannah (formerly Million Dollar Club) since 2005. From 2005 to current, I have been in the top 25 agents for volume and/or transactions out of 1700-2100 agents in the Savannah Area Realtors Association for over the past 13 years:

In 2012 I was #5 in transactions and #17 in volume in the US in the Century 21 Franchise.

In 2016 and 2017, I was named one of the Real Estate Executive's 100 Most Influential Real Estate Agents and one of Georgia’s Best Agent since 2014 by Real Trends. I am certified federally as a Woman Owned Small Business by WBENC and the WOSB. I am also certified as Minority/Women Owned business by the City of Savannah.

I am very active in my local community with volunteering with various organizations. Scott Realty Professionals is a Community Partner with the Frank Callens Boys and Girls Club. Proceeds from each closing at Scott Realty Professionals is donated to an organization or an event to help the underserved. Scott Realty host or assist with hosting a book bag and school supply giveaway yearly, last year we hosted a huge free Memorial Day event for our Veterans, we feed the homeless, we host clothing drives at the Savannah Baptist Center in collaboration with First Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church, we adopt families from the Savannah Safe Shelter and the Frank Callens Boys and Girls Club yearly for Christmas and we donate box fans during the summer to assist the elderly. Scott Realty donates yearly to the Shriners, Code Orange, the Ronald McDonald House, Make-A-Wish Foundation and have most recently started Sponsoring a 4-year-old girl from Sierra Leone through the Child Fund International.
