The last 25 years, straight, she has been the receiver of the prestigious awards such as the"Circle of Excellence" award given to her by the NJ Association of Realtors. A business woman with yearly sales of over 50 million dollars, this track record makes her more than qualified to give her professional opinion in the areas of marketability of properties, sales and long-term investment counseling to those seeking knowledge and financial security.

Recently, Nancy has given through her outstanding leadership and initiative for and on behalf of the women in the community; she values inspiration, community service, education, cultural advancement, health, science and business. Nancy was selected to receive the Mayoral Award for Financial/Real Estate at the 2009 Paterson Women's history Month Recognition Awards Ceremony and is certified in REO's short sale properties.

Throughout the Passaic, Bergen, Essex and Hudson County area she has also gained recognition with builders, developers and investors through her strategic marketing and advertising campaigns. Her face and name are becoming synonymous with many building projects and future goals.

For about 20 years, Nancy has been doing business at 914 Madison Avenue, an old house she worked rebuilding into a beautiful three story real estate office; she is there to mentor, encourage and fine tune agents real estate skills; giving her clients the "Royal Service" they have learned to love and expect.
