Dayla Brooks grew up in Virginia Beach & at 19 attended a Real Estate seminar. She knew then she had found her calling. Not being financially able to fund her own business, she continued college & married. The same year her son left the nest, she began her RE career. She began with a bang selling the first home in 6 days. (Most likely by staging it before it was listed) She then sold another home on that same street in 26 days which began the word of mouth referral system that still drives her business today.

She specializes in thinking outside the box to come up with creative solutions for her clients particular scenarios. She loves moving people onto the next chapter of their lives. She has already sold over 250 homes and her next client will gain from the experience from each of those sales. An example of moving to the next chapter is a couple who had their house on the market for over 2 years. The husband had already relocated to another state for his career. They met Dayla through a referral from their vet. Working with Dayla they were able to sell their home in 3 weeks, allowing the family to be reunited by Thanksgiving. That is what drives Dayla, helping people who are stuck in their prior life be able to move on with their future.

She is passionate about fighting for her clients best interest. She has gone on listing appointments where the seller was asking her to sell their home. After reviewing the entire situation, Dayla advised them to rent it out for a few years and then revisit selling as the return for the seller was more likely to be better in the future. She chaired the Realtor Lawyer committee bringing Realtors free legal advice one a month to help Realtors serve their clients at the highest possible level. She was 1 of 20 Realtors chosen out of the 32,000 in the state for the VA Leadership Academy. As a CRS certified Re Specialist she is recognized in the top 3% of the nation.
