Joel “Skip” Schilperoort graduated from Gonzaga University with a degree in Finance and Marketing. Sports have been a huge influence in his life, as he played Division 1 soccer at Gonzaga. This natural competitiveness and entrepreneurial drive has driven him to a seamless transition into a career in Real Estate. Joel makes San Francisco his home and takes pride in knowing the intricacies of each neighborhood by being afforded the ability to walk the cities blocks everyday on the way to his office.
