About Shirley Boulter-Davis:

Shirley Boulter-Davis has been the Top Listing Agent since beginning her career in the 80’s. She currently owns her own Brokerage Firm: Shirley Boulter Davis Realtors, LLC. Prior to that Shirley spent 14 years in Sales and Marketing Management for Volume Home Builders where she was a valued member of the product design team, managing Settlement closing departments with up to 800 closings per year. She is well known in Texas for hiring and training expert sales staff and has trained hundreds of sales people in Dallas, Houston, Austin and San Antonio. She also has extensive experience managing overall Marketing efforts for 20+ Subdivisions at a time.

Today she is consistently ranked in the Top 1% for Individual Listing Agents in the Dallas market as well as the State of Texas. She has had a successful Builders Move Up Program for years. Her loyal following is among the New Home Builders because she successfully gets their customers homes sold. She makes it look easy. Shirley’s motto is: “When I list a home ….. Consider it Sold!”

Shirley owes much of her success as a Realtor to her background in New Home Sales Management where she has hired and trained hundreds of successful sales people. Shirley received coveted McSam Sales Manager of the Year award in 1996 and was awarded the National Sales Manager of the Year for the Southwest Region in 1997.

Shirley takes great pride in what she and her husband and business partner, Ron have accomplished since beginning their remodeling company in 1998, then the Custom Home Division in 2004. She feels it is exciting to help customers create their one and only quality home of their dreams, and she takes pride in the fact it is something Ron Davis Custom Homes accomplishes about twenty times a year. She expresses “it is the best is when a happy family moves in to their new dream home.”

She has a Masters Degree in Music with a Major in Vocal Performance from East Texas State University. She has taught Real Estate at El Centro Community College in Dallas and Vocal Performance at East Texas State while completing her Masters Program.
