Bio

Roxana Noble, President of the Illini Valley Association of Realtors, has consistently been one of the most successful Real Estate Brokers in the Illini Valley area, specifically in her hometown of Princeton and surrounding Bureau County.

Before beginning her career in Real Estate, Roxana graduated from Illinois State University with a B.S.Ed degree and then received her M.S.Ed degree from Northern Illinois University. She taught Junior High Literature and English for 35 years and was a Runner-Up for Illinois Teacher of the Year.

After 6 months of retirement from teaching, Roxana decided that she needed to be back working in the community helping people, so she went back to school and completed the qualifications to become a licensed Illinois Realtor and began her real estate career at Landmark Realty of IL, LLC, in Princeton, IL. Since the beginning of her real estate career in 2011, she has been the #1 Realtor in Princeton for the last 7 years and the #1 Realtor in Bureau County for 6 out of the last 7 years, selling over $10,000,000 in real estate in 2018 and 2019.

Roxana is a Premier agent on Zillow, Trulia, and Realtor.com, receiving the Best of Zillow award in 2019. Roxana has received the distinction of being an Endorsed Local Provider for Dave Ramsey, and she also received the BCR's People's Choice Award for #1 Realtor in 2019.

Roxana's success and increased business motivated her to create Team Noble in 2013 after convincing two friends, Kaye and Beth, to join her. They have recently collectively sold over $22,000,000. Team Noble is active in the community and regularly help sponsor community events, as well as, donate regularly to local organizations, churches, charities, and individuals.

Roxana is also active in community organizations. She is a member of the Princeton Rotary Club, having served as President in 2016 and Auction Committee Chairman in 2014. She was President of the Princeton Junior Woman's Club and also President of the Lincoln School Parent/Teacher Association. Roxana belongs to the First United Methodist Church of Princeton where she served as Chairman of the Administrative Board for 5 years, Chairman of the Staff-Parish Committee for 5 years, and Junior Choir Director for 25 years.

Roxana is passionate about three things: her faith, her family, and her friends. She wants to make a positive difference in the world, one person at a time. She has done that not only through teaching, but also now through real estate, helping people find that very important place they call home. Roxana combines hard work, dedication, honesty, and that personal touch in helping her clients in today's real estate market. Through grant writing she has helped people become homeowners, who otherwise would not have been able to own a home. She likes to think "outside the box" and sometimes makes the impossible happen because she sees obstacles as a challenge.

Roxana has been married to her husband, Perry A., for 50 years. They have 3 children, a daughter, Angie, who is a teacher, a daughter, Julie, who is a Realtor, and a son, Perry W., who is an Information Technology Networking Specialist.
