Arlene Waye is the Founder and President of Awaye Realty. Arlene brings a wealth of Real Estate property management and sales experience to the company. She is a Licensed Real Estate Broker with over 20 years of sales experience in the New York real estate market.

A Major Brooklyn developer for almost a quarter of a century employed Arlene for sixteen years. Ms. Waye held the position of Vice President of Operations, and was responsible for the operation of his Real Estate Property Management and Development Portfolio . He employed Arlene in the capacity of Real Estate Broker, Property Manager, and Chief Financial Officer for all of his holdings.

Ms. Waye has been instrumental in the construction, management, and development of many condominium, cooperative, and rental projects. She was also responsible for many co-op and condo conversions, and the management of many of these same cooperatives and condominiums for years to follow.

Ten years ago, Arlene founded Awaye Realty. Awaye Realty has flourished into a hugely successful enterprise in a relatively short time. This can be largely attributed to Ms. Waye's ambition, expertise, and devotion to client satisfaction.

Arlene is a Developers' Broker and has brought her expertise in fulfilling developers' needs to the table. She works hand-in-hand with developers creating Offering Plans, Schedule B's, and consulting on Project Finishes. Ms. Waye then sells out the projects, and continues managing them.
