Bio

Michelle Cherie Carr Crowe is an experienced, enthusiastic, and entrepreneurial real estate consultant, trainer and coach. Michelle and her team provide real estate consulting services for home sellers, buyers and investors throughout Santa Clara County and Silicon Valley, especially in the Cupertino Schools neighborhoods with a focus on West San Jose with Lynbrook High School.

In 2020, Michelle is one of the few agents actively helping clients successfully buy and sell homes, working safely and in compliance with the ever-changing rules and restrictions designed to slow the spread of COVID-19. From masks, gloves and booties to sanitizer, cleaning wipes and even UVC-lights, Michelle has the tools and skills to keep everyone involved in a transaction be safe. All homes are shown only by appointment, and only after all parties have verified they are currently COVID-19 and symptom free. Client consultations are held via Zoom, conference call and of course by telephone.

For international clients in China, India, and abroad, she coordinates a multi-cultural, multi-lingual East-West team. In addition to consulting, negotiating and project managing residential sales for single-family homes, condominiums, townhomes, and fourplexes, Michelle and her team help first-time home buyers, move-up, luxury home, and move-down sellers and buyers (especially seniors) safely and smoothly navigate complex real estate transactions.

In addition, she’s taught, trained and facilitated California real estate licensee courses for EP Real Estate Schools to prepare future real estate agents for successful careers.

Ms. Carr Crowe began her real estate career more than 40 years ago, assisting her late mother, dynamic Silicon Valley real estate legend Judy Carr. Today, after hundreds of transactions and over 35 years as a licensed real estate agent, trainer and coach, Michelle explains why her practice’s motto—“Family helping families buy and sell Silicon Valley homes for over 40 years”—is so important.

“To protect, help and benefit our clients, every transaction must be 'win-win or no deal,'” she explains. “A real estate professional can only work this hard—persevering with professionalism, aloha, finesse and sensitivity—when she truly cares about what’s best for her clients,” says Michelle. “My job is to educate people about the market and their options, then help them clarify their values so their decisions are easy.”
