Nadia Valenzuela brings her lifetime of living in St. Helena and Napa to provide her clients with the secrets to enjoying life in the Napa Valley. She loves working with people; perhaps it’s her hospitality industry training coming through, or just her love for the community. From northernmost Napa County in Calistoga, St. Helena, and Angwin throughout Rutherford, Oakville, Yountville, Napa, and American Canyon, Nadia knows the neighborhoods and the people within them. Her clients not only quickly get settled into their new homes, but through Nadia, get the insider’s view. She started her career in the real estate industry in 2005. Nadia cultivates each relationship with her clients to communicate openly to create the peace of mind making dreams a reality for both buyers and sellers.

Nadia has a variety of talents and an impressive background, rich with experience. She received dual bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and Spanish from Pacific Union College. She studied abroad in Argentina and of course, is fluent in Spanish. She holds designations with NAR Green, RENE, and C2EX. She has received training as a Foreclosure Alternatives Consultant. She has been active in, Cycle for Sight, the American Cancer Society Relay for Life and was one of the co-creators of the CanDo’s Napa Valley Give!Guide. Nadia is a member of the North Bay Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, the Green Resource Council Community, the Real Estate Business Institute and the National Association of Realtors.
