Wendy Uzelac opened her RE/MAX Thousand Lakes office 19 years ago. She has served as a real estate professional for 30 years, keeping her clients’ goals front and center. The results have led to widespread recognition that includes the RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award and statewide RE/MAX Broker of the Year honors. Most recently Wendy qualified for the esteemed RE/MAX Platinum Award, which honors high-achieving real estate professionals for their service to buyers and sellers during the past year.

Wendy formed a real estate team in 2019 called The Northwoods Team at RE/MAX Thousand Lakes, strengthening her commitment to providing the highest level of service to her growing number of buyers and sellers.

While Wendy earns trust with her knowledge of the real estate market and property values, clients also appreciate her community involvement and willingness to volunteer.

Wendy is a director for both the Itasca County Board of Realtors and the Minnesota REALTORS®, and has been part of many Grand Rapids area nonprofit boards and committees over the years. She is also involved in the Centennial Rotary Club and belongs to the local chapter of Business Network International (BNI), where members work together to build their businesses through a professional, relationship-centered referral marketing program.

On a personal level, Wendy and her family enjoy engaging in the amazing variety of activities available in the Itasca County area. She is just as likely to be spotted at a 4-H event as at a symphony concert in the local performing arts center or on an area lake hooking panfish. Wendy’s knowledge of the area’s diverse offerings is an added benefit to her clients.

Together Wendy and her satisfied clients have helped make RE/MAX Thousand Lakes one of the top franchises in Itasca County.
