Bio

Reba St. Clair, co-founder and co-leader of The St. Clair Donley Group, with Douglas Elliman, entered the real estate industry over 15 years ago, and has become a very strong presence in a market that is in a constant state of flux. Her versatile background includes working with a boutique group, an international firm, a trustee specialist and a luxury property firm. In 2014 she leveraged those experiences along with those of her son Devone Donley, a commercial real estate appraiser and residential realtor, and partnered with him to form The St. Clair Group. In December 2022 they became The St. Clair Donley Group.

She and her team collectively have a broad and impressive range of skills and talents, from marketing to technology, from community insights to social media expertise, that they continually enhance to improve customer satisfaction. Prior to real estate, Reba’s background spanned financial, military and civic organizations, all of which developed and honed her skillset to optimum advantage. In the financial sector, she achieved the distinction of membership into the CFO Circle for Proctor & Gamble, an elite honor earned by less than two percent of those in that field. She also served as an officer in the U.S. Army for 12 years, in both active and reserve status in the Transportation and Military Intelligence Corps, and on the Board of Directors for a local bank. Her civic duties include serving in various leadership roles and on boards and associations. She has received numerous awards and recognition for her work and for her volunteerism. She and The St. Clair Donley Group have generously donated a portion of their earnings to several charities, including shelters for abused women, veteran’s organizations, medical and youth groups.
