As a 3rd generation Austinite, Brandy Finnessey has spent her entire life in the Lone Star state. So when Brandy talks about neighborhoods here, the little known “dives”, the coolest swimming holes, or where to land the best breakfast taco in town, she speaks with authority. She grew up on the lower Colorado River from as far up stream as Inks Lake all the way south to Lady Bird Lake. So is it any wonder that Austin is where she chose to marry a fireman, establish professional roots, and raise the newest generation continuing the family legacy? Stewart, Brandy, Ethan, and Ben live in the West Austin Hills with their boxers Chief and Scout. Brandy’s heart beats in rhythm with this great city, and her clients know that all too well.

Brandy is a graduate of Texas State University, an entrepreneur, and a savvy business developer who started building her real estate portfolio working with one of the top builders in Austin. While working for a builder, Brandy armed herself with an intimate knowledge of the building process from the conceptual phase to completion. Familiarity and understanding of the ins and outs of the building process has allowed Brandy to see past the sheetrock, and her intuitive connection with buyers enables her to match a buyer with the perfect house that can be the ultimate home. But in the time she specialized in construction, she evolved into thinking that it was the deep connections with the client that really fulfilled her professional drive. Determined to combine her business acumen with her acute customer service skills, she joined Kuper Sotheby’s International Realty where all the stars came together to build a world class real estate sales team. And with growth always in the forefront of her thinking, she has joined forces and portfolios with Steve Davis. Brandy and Steve established the new Finnessey Davis + CO in Spring of 2022!
