California born and a resident of the SF Bay Area since 1979, I am a full time Realtor available by Phone, email, or text 7 days a week, 10AM - 8PM. I work to empower clients to make informed, yet guided, decisions pertaining to real estate by assessing the client's current situation and their future real estate goals to develop the best strategy and outcome for them. As a CDRE (Certfied Divorce Real Estate Expert) and CPRES (Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist) I exercise discretion and offer unique marketing strategies for these unique situations. In addition to being a Realtor specializing in Divorce real estate and inherited/trust/probate real estate, other areas I serve are: First Time Home Buyers, relocation, move up or downsizing clients, Veterans, Bankruptcy, and home owners facing Foreclosure. I have completed mediation training and am a member of Collaborative Practice Silicon Valley, a group of professionals (Attorneys, Financial advisors, Communication coaches, and others) working to assist families in conflict resolve Divorce and Trust and Estate issues. In order to best serve my clients, I regularly attend seminars and classes to stay current with changes in the industry. Some of my National Association of Realtor designations include: GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute): Completion of a year long program of advanced Realtor course work.-- SFR (Short Sale Foreclosure Resource) : Designation from National Association of realtors indicating training received in Short Sales & Foreclosures.--- SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist): Trained in working with the residential needs of individuals age 55 and over. Including Active adult, Gated 55+ communities, assisted living, Prop 60/90, aging in place, reverse mortgage purchases, etc. --- SRS (Seller Resource Specialist) Demonstrated educational and transactional competency in working with Sellers. Other designations include: ---RCS-D (Real Estate Collaborative Specialist-Divorce)Trained to counsel couples who are considering divorce about pre and post divorce options pertaining to real estate and financing. More options are available and pitfalls can be avoided if advice is given prior to divorce. ---- DRS Agent : Agent who is familiar with the unique financial and housing needs of doctors recently graduated, possibly with new debt and income scenarios and housing needs. --- I have also been a member of SCCAOR Housing Opportunities Committee. A committee of approximately one dozen Realtors & affiliates who work to educate other Realtors, lenders, & the local community about housing opportunities, down payment assistance programs, and foreclosure prevention. The committee organizes home buyer education and foreclosure prevention events. Beyond promises, my performance is all about serving the client's needs, immediate and in the future, and having the expertise to serve effectively.
