Joel is a real estate savvy, 30+ year San Francisco resident, intimately familiar with its neighborhoods and real estate market. He’s built his successful real estate practice on a foundation of knowledge and experience acquired as a Realtor^{^®} and a lender. This experience uniquely equips him with the ability to anticipate problems, address issues early, ensuring smooth transactions and satisfied buyers and sellers.

As an agent actively engaged in the San Francisco market, Joel has a keen sense of market values, which means more offers accepted and top dollar for listings. He’s a smart and strong negotiator, getting buyers and sellers what they want in a competitive market.

He holds a BA in Economics from the University of California, Davis, and an MBA from the University of San Francisco. He also serves on the Board of Homeownership SF, a nonprofit working to expand ownership opportunities for low- and moderate-income home buyers; the San Francisco Associations of Realtors^{^®} Government Affairs Committee; and a member of the Edgehill Way Association, his San Francisco neighborhood.
