Bio

David Bain has called Austin home for over 25 years moving here in the mid-1990's to attend
The University of Texas, Austin. He is very passionate about the city and has watched it
grow over the past two decades. David and his family love to hike the greenbelt and
explore the many trails Austin has to offer. David loves to fly fish and can often be found
fishing at Lady Bird Lake, off the Texas coast, or in the Colorado mountains in his free time.
David's most memorable fishing trip was the opportunity to fly fish in Northern Patagonia.

David's first professional encounter with real estate was in 2011 working on financial models
for a small home builder in Washington County. Before becoming a licensed REALTOR, David
was the Operations Manager for C3 Presents, a company that produces large scale music
festivals worldwide. It was a great career, but ultimately, David decided to take some time
off to focus on his family and spending more time at home. After taking a little time off,
David knew it was time to make his return to real estate.
