The Kenney Team combines their love for caring for people and are willing to go the extra mile. We make the moving experience a pleasant one! Sandra and Emily assist clients with their game plan, and help with buying or selling their home, designing, staging and/or remodeling. As a team, we are able to provide the best service to our clients. We are skilled and experienced and can assist with remodeling, additions and/or new home construction. The Kenney Team is happy to help you with all of your real estate needs!

Today Bill and Sandra are in the 3rd phase of their newest subdivision, Summit View Farms. From 2000 to 2009 Bill and Sandra spearheaded two of the hottest-selling developments in eastern Jackson County. Sandra marketed new homes from award-winning builders, assisted clients in selling their homes and assisted in build jobs and designing with a custom flair. Currently Sandra is with Chartwell Realty, licensed in both Kansas and Missouri. Her current designations and memberships are:CRS - Council of Residential Specialists, the highest real estate designation in the country that less than 3% of all realtors nationally have achieved.
ABR- Accredited Buyer Representative.
She is currently a member of Heartland MLS and KCRAR(Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors).
She remodels homes as well, helping people prepare their homes for the market or for helping buyers buy and custom remodel a home.
