Alison Sorley Atwood has been a Realtor for over 20 years. Real Estate is truly a passion for her. With her vast area knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, extensive experience, and fantastic customer service she makes every transaction a lucrative and enjoyable one. Alison has a vast global and national network of buyers, investors, and real estate professional to market her properties to. She attended the Luxury Property Show (LPS) in Shanghai, China in 2019. There she met with buyers/investors and real estate professionals from around the world, adding 500+ individuals to her global network. She also attended Engage in 2022. Engage was an invite-only global luxury event for the top Coldwell Banker Realty agents to meet, collaborate, and expand their national and global networks. There were over 400 agents from 30 states and 10 countries. Alison was the only agent to represent La Jolla and San Diego. Alison is a member of the Asian Real Estate Association (AREAA), and the Chinese Real Estate Association of America (CREAA) located in San Francisco. The Bay Area is one of San Diego’s largest feeder markets, and Alison leverages these connections to provide more exposure for her listings.

Alison was born and raised in Southern California. She graduated from San Diego State University with a BA in Communication. She is also very involved in the San Diego community, and volunteers for many local organizations. She is the President/Chairwomen of the Board of Directors for the Southern Caregiver Resource Center (SCRC). SCRC is a local non-profit and resource center dedicated to helping family caregivers. Alison has been volunteering with SCRC for over 17 years, and has developed an intimate knowledge of the senior community’s special needs both professionally and personally.
