Nathan Fitts is the managing broker and team leader for Nathan Fitts & Team, LLC, The Leading Name in Real Estate in North Georgia. Nathan is known as a true real estate entrepreneur as he has a building company and home staging company in addition to his real estate boutique brokerage. He’s also owned and managed a variety of other businesses while simultaneously building his real estate career as the top producer in the industry. His other businesses have included a property management company, a rental company, a restaurant, a hot tub & spa company, a day spa, in addition to building, managing and operating a full-service hotel all while still staying the top producer. He served on many board organizations and was elected to the Blue Ridge City Council for the COVID years. Nathan oversaw overseeing the public works departments including the city water and sewer plant. Additionally, he was the City of Blue Ridge Police Department Police Commissioner overseeing the planning & funding of the police department as well as handling any issues that made it to the top in addition to the personal of hiring and firing officers and staff. One last minor detail not to forget, Nathan was also a single father and raised his twin sons, Logan and Grant, on his own since they were three years old. After putting them through school and college, they have returned to their roots and are in the real estate business as well.
