Bio

Allan Domb is the Owner of Allan Domb Real Estate, a highly reputable real estate brokerage and asset management firm based in Center City Philadelphia. Known throughout the United States for its key contributions to Philadelphia’s luxury condominium market, the company is also involved in many other real estate sectors, including leasing, development and management of residential apartments, mixed-use buildings, office towers, parking garages and retail properties, with a strong focus on Philadelphia. In 2024, Allan Domb’s individual sales volume was more than two and a half times the sales volume of the agent with the second highest sales volume.

In addition to his real estate ventures, Allan is an owner/investor in over fifty restaurants, both in Philadelphia and across the country. Allan’s entrepreneurial spirit can also be seen in his many other investments in a variety of local start-ups and non-profit organizations.

In 2015 Allan was elected as a Philadelphia City Councilman At-Large and was re-elected for a second term in 2019. In 2023, Allan ran for Mayor of the City of Philadelphia.

Allan received his Bachelor of Arts degree from American University. He currently serves on the boards of Starr Restaurant Organization, the Friends of Rittenhouse Square and six condominium associations, of which he is the president of two. He is a past president of the Friends of Rittenhouse Square and a three-time past president of the Greater Philadelphia Association of REALTORS®. Allan was elected as a Trustee of Universal Health Realty Income Trust in December 2017.
