Ann Cusa is a results-driven and highly accomplished luxury real estate agent who has closed more than $1 billion in sales in the luxury real estate and development sectors. Her entrepreneurial spirit and keen ability to identify new business opportunities has firmly placed her in the top echelon of South Florida’s most sought-after agents.

The daughter of a successful builder and developer, Ann grew up with a deep appreciation of what makes a house a home, from the evolution of the build to the elements of design and the emotions that tie a client to the perfect home. Relationships remain the heart of her business. Her lasting connections to her clients are a testament to her caring approach and unwavering professionalism.

Beginning her real estate career in vacation property sales with industry-leader Marriott Vacation Club, Ann quickly ascended up the management ranks earning numerous awards and accolades along the way. Her sales savviness soon caught the eyes of area developers as she transitioned into Sales Management for new development. By doing so, Ann continued to strengthen her ability to drive profitability while growing a loyal and far-reaching network of clients. Her client-centered approach and proven track record led to additional opportunities with some of the area’s most impressive projects. In 2010, she joined Toll Brothers where she was directly responsible for the complete sell out of Frenchman’s Harbor, projected as a seven-year project, in just three years.

Today, Ann specializes in the high-end, luxury and waterfront homes across South Florida from $1 million to $50 million, matching clients with their dream properties, providing them a foundation on which to build their ideal life. Whether a client is searching for an existing home, an ultra-luxurious condo or new construction, Ann has the comprehensive knowledge of what makes each property distinct and how each detail, big and small, will align with her clients’ goals.

Originally from upstate New York, Ann makes her home in Jupiter with her husband, seven-year-old son Greyson and their pets. She enjoys spending time with her family fishing and exploring Florida by boat, walking the beach or taking vacations to Captiva Island. Ann holds an Associate of Science in Advertising and Communication from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City and a Bachelor of Science degree in Liberal Arts from the State University of New York at Oneonta.

Active in her community, she enjoys giving back through multiple charities including The Quantum House, Children’s Miracle Network Hospital, St. Jude Children’s Hospital and enjoys hosting charitable events for the Executive Women of the Palm Beaches and Benjamin School.
