Ann’s background in architecture provides her with a rare understanding of properties and their potential. She has a 5 year bachelor of architecture coupled with 20 years of experience in architectural design, interior design and construction, working with clients from the design development phase through the final stage of construction and occupancy. With 22 years of experience in the City and on the North Shore, Ann understands local zoning and building codes. Ann has considerable knowledge in the fields of landscape architecture, photography and print media which aid in staging, marketing and selling a home.

Each new listing goes through a series of carefully planned steps. This starts with a detailed a comparative market analysis of the property. This is followed by professional staging, photography by top photographers, professional floor plans and a detailed marketing plan. Ann's team creates a comprehensive, easily navigated and attractive web site which includes a custom URL based on the listing's address. Ann also incorporates traditional marketing tools using print media that includes local, city and national newspapers, local magazines and mailing to specific target areas. This marketing program gives Ann’s clients a competitive advantage that sets her listings apart in today's highly competitive market place.
