Ben founded Ben Bowen Properties in 2010, and he has been selling homes in Charlotte’s high-end communities since 1994. An expert in the luxury home and golf market, Ben has more than $350 million in home sales, and more than 75 of these sales were more than $1 million. This achievement ranks in the top 1 percent in the real estate industry nationwide.

In 2015, Ben sold more Luxury Homes, homes above $700,000, than any other real estate agent in the Metro-Charlotte market. He was also the #1 Listing Agent for homes above $1,000,000 for Metro-Charlotte. Ben has built his business upon three principles: Integrity, Experience, Results. He has been recognized by the Charlotte Business Journal for his use of technology to market and sell real estate. His desire for unparalleled customer service while successfully selling his clients homes has enabled him to do over 90% of his business by referral.

Ben has been recognized by the Expert Network out of New York for being one of the Top 3% of all real estate agents.
