Bio

An East Tennessee native, Sassy is a graduate of the University of Tennessee/Knoxville, earning Magna
Cum Laude/Honors and obtaining her Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling in 1990. She also holds
a Bachelor of Science in Human Services and Psychology from Tennessee Wesleyan College in Athens, TN
graduating in 1989. Sassy excelled as a medical case manager for 30 plus years prior to deciding to venture
into her life’s dream of selling beach real estate in 2017.

While pursuing her Florida real estate license, Sassy founded her own Panama City Beach short term vacation
rental property management company (Sassy Sands Beach Rentals, LLC). In order to devote herself to real
estate sales, Sassy sold her company. She is a 10 year plus resident of Bay County, Florida and is a member
of the Central Panhandle Association of Realtors (CPAR), Emerald Coast Association of Realtors (ECAR) and National Association of Realtors (NAR). Sassy also has a huge heart for our US Military, thus she obtained the Military Relocation Professional/MRP designation in 2021.

Sassy is a results-driven beach property specialist linking clients with exciting residential/personal and investment opportunities. Her initial experience includes serving as one of two onsite realtors for a prestigious Panama City Beach Gulf front luxury condominium developer. All 27 listed units were sold in a very quick amount of time. Due to past and current sales within our Emerald Coast market, Sassy was offered the opportunity to become a Luxury
Agent for Keller Williams Success Realty in December of 2021 where she continues to help others find the right property for their needs.

Sassy’s aptitude and talent for serving Panhandle clients was showcased on HGTV’s House Hunters Episode: “Streetside or Beachside on the Florida
Gulf” in 2019.
