Bio

My name is Falisha Rexford. I am a mother of two small boys, a wife to a firefighter, a veteran, a proud American, a Las Vegas investor/landlord and hopefully your new real estate agent! You might think that's a lot to have on my plate but anyone who knows me, knows that I am full of energy and life! I am passionate about real estate and truly love the long-lasting relationships I establish with all of my clients.

I have been immersed in real estate from a very young age. Both parents practiced this profession throughout my childhood, and my father, Rudy Escalera, continues to practice and mentor new agents to this day. So you could kind of say, "it's in my blood."

In July of 2004 I was stationed at Nellis AFB. This is what initially brought me to "The Silver State" of Nevada. Since that life changing move, my husband and I have established our careers, family and an amazing circle of friends that help keep us grounded and appreciative of all of the blessings life has to offer. After four years in the Air Force, and a deployment to Iraq, my husband and I decided to take advantage of the deflated housing market and began purchasing investment properties. We are now the owners of multiple rental properties here in Vegas that we purchased, renovated and now manage on our own. This hands-on experience makes me uniquely qualified and skilled in the purchasing and renovation process, which your next home might entail.

As your real estate agent, you should know I handle everything life has to offer with a lot of personality, energy and care. I am dedicated to anything and everything I do. My dedication and hard work will get you to the finish line and in to your next home!
