Bio

Gerarda Stocking has been a real estate broker for over 40 years in the San Francisco Bay Area, where she owns and operates Stocking Realty and Investments with her husband Barney Stocking. Gerarda has been awarded many state and national awards including the Pinnacle Award as top sales person from 2001-2007, as well as the Grand Master award from 1989-2001, 2008-2010 and Master Awards f4rom the Bay East Association of Realtors. She has been awarded the Five Star Professional Award for the last 8 years. She has been appointed to the Citizen Advisory Committee for Transportation for the Bay Area from 1997-2016 and she also served as the Chapter Chairman for the Realtors Land Institute of California. She received her higher education at the American college in Paris, France and Cal State Hayward. Her passion is to help her clients with the best possible service and expertise in selling, buying, developing and managing real estate. She has served over 5000 clients in her career throughout many real estate "booms" and "recessions."
Her real estate experience includes land planning and development using her ALC knowledge and obtaining entitlement for clients enabling them to get the highest and best use of their properties. She has "hands-on" experience in large multi-family unit ownership and management. She has also owned and managed international investment properties in Europe. She has also had over 25 years experience in the service industry. She owned and managed service businesses including Restaurants, Bars, Retail, Event Centers, and a Bakery. She continues to bake as a "labor of love" by supplying all of her clients with home-baked goods.
