Holly’s local wisdom is part of a Peninsula tradition that has extended over 90 years, culminating in a family business which created strong ties to the community. Long time residents will remember Tom’s Auto Service & Repair—now known as Tom and Jack’s—and the solid tradition of outstanding integrity and superb service Holly’s father, Tom Price, provided his clients. “He never advertised,” Holly says, “he got most of his clients through referral. People trusted him because he was so honest—if he didn’t think a repair was necessary, he would refuse to do it.” Holly worked in the shop’s office during her high school years, where she saw daily how her father skillfully handled any situation and met his clients’ every need. Following college studies in business, Holly upheld the same high standards in 20 years at San Francisco International Airport. Her outstanding customer service and people skills led Holly into a new arena, where she’s established her own Peninsula tradition.
