Successful Real Estate Consultant with over 40 years of experience in training, educating and assisting consumers in making deliberate informed decisions regarding the home buying and the home selling process. Janis takes pride in herself by placing herself in the customers shoes by being constantly committed, focused and invested. Janis has been awarded listing and selling projects that help low to moderate income buyers. She is most proud of co-hosting a live community radio show for over 20 years called Home and Finance Show on 1310. AM on Saturdays between 1-2. Most recently, she and her co-host are now on a TV Show with station WHMB, channel 40 on Tuesdays from 9 am-9:30. Both shows are committed in sharing Straight Talk to the community for Home buying, selling, refinancing, lending, rehab loans and new construction.
