Bio

Jason Asa is a third generation Chicano; born and raised in Los Angeles,
California. After graduating high school, he went to college on a basketball
scholarship at Dominican College. He has lived in Orlando for over 15 years and
has built his Real Estate business up over the past ten years. His life has been
defined by diversity and challenges that he has risen up to. Growing up, his
grandfather was his idol and first mentor. He taught him about hard work and the
successes that one can gain from it.
He received his Real Estate license in 2005 and immediately got to work
building his business across Central Florida such that in 2009 and 2010 he was
chosen to be part of Orlando Real Estate's Hot 100. Unlike other Realtors, he owns
the process whether he is working on a Traditional Listing, a Bank-owned property
or a Short Sale. His expertise in mortgages and financing options allows his buying
clients the reassurance that all options have been considered.
He is a believer in continuing education; everyday is an opportunity to learn and
grow from experience and people. Throughout his life, he has actively sought out
mentors and has recently worked with John C. Maxwell and Tom Ferry. He has
had the luxury to be trained by the best and networks with other Top Industry
Peers. He spent the majority of his Real Estate career with Exit Realty and
RE/MAX but has recently joined the Keller Williams company after becoming
highly impressed with their values. He is now marketing and growing his business
globally.
In his spare time, he likes to play basketball in his church league, golf with his
daughter, watch college football and fish off his dock on Lake Conway. God has
blessed him with a strong support system of friends and family which is
emphasized with unconditional love of his four children.
