Bio

Jay became a Realtor in 2012 and quickly moved up to become one of Michigan’s Top 5% of Real Estate Agents. In 2016, Jay realized that he wanted to share his knowledge and expertise with other agents and became a team leader. In 2019, Jay took another big step and earned his broker license and opened the Fontaine Real Estate Group, becoming the broker/owner of his own brokerage. Throughout his real estate career Jay has continuously strived to make a difference not only in his client’s lives but of those around him. Jay is guided by his sense of honesty and integrity and also by his desire to help others. Finding a way to help is not just how Jay runs his business but how he leads his life. In 2020, Jay started a non-profit called the LEAF Foundation and began to raise funds to help support community programs in our area such as the Living and Learning Center and Sanctum House. Jay has a Five Star rating across all platforms including Zillow, Realtor.com and Google and this can be directly attributed to his moto of honesty and integrity and his want to help others.
