As founder of DWELL Residential Brokerage (founded in 2011), I’m excited to share my philosophy about real estate – making it hip, fun, and accessible to first-time buyers and sellers (and even for you second or third timers!).

I am passionate about the potential of real estate in changing lives for the better.

Real estate should be a financial tool to get you from where you are to where you want to be both physically and financially. DWELL in Possibility is my motto and mantra, and I’m excited to share this with you. Your home should reflect the real you, so I will work hard on finding a home and location that fits perfectly into YOUR life and where you want to go – financially, physically, and mentally.

Don’t worry; I’m not talking about breaking your budget to make this happen. I believe in keeping your entire financial portfolio balanced, allowing you to live your life to the fullest. You’ll be amazed at how we can help you find the right property, see it’s potential and the real you, at the same time!!

I am passionate in advocating for first-time buyers. I totally understand the concerns and doubts of first-time buyers since I’m a young homeowner myself. That’s why I switched careers, became a real estate agent and vowed to never let what happened to me, ever happen to you or anyone else! Don’t panic!

When I bought my first home in 2002, my agent NEVER told me I could have received $50,000 through a first-time homebuyer assistance program. I was clueless these programs even existed. Now I know better and am knowledgeable about every local and federal program out there. I make sure all of my clients are informed about any little-known programs that can save them money when purchasing a home. It was too late for me, but not for you!

I went into real estate genuinely wanting to help people realize their home ownership dreams in the most affordable way possible.
