Jeri Hannon has always excelled in roles dedicated to helping others, whether in the classroom or the real estate market. Since embarking on her real estate career in 2003, Jeri's innovative and dynamic approach has earned her a distinguished reputation in the industry. Alongside her husband and business partner, Jesse, she has achieved nearly $400 million in sales, received numerous top producer awards, and secured a place among America’s Top 100 Real Estate Agents—an elite honor held by fewer than 1% of professionals.

A Maryland native, Jeri holds a B.S. in Mass Communication from Towson University and a teaching certificate in Secondary Education, English. She further pursued Architecture and Interior Design at the Maryland Institute College of Art before transitioning from her roles as an English and Journalism teacher, mentor, and high school assistant principal to real estate. Her transition was seamless, blending her passion for education with her commitment to guiding clients through the real estate process.

After a successful real estate career in Maryland, Jeri and Jesse relocated their firm to sunny Florida, where they have continued to excel and surpass their previous achievements. In their new market, the Hannons have carved out an elite reputation for themselves, driven by Jeri’s dedication to helping clients achieve their real estate goals and make informed financial decisions. Her relentless passion and commitment to raising professional standards in the industry set her apart.

Beyond real estate, Jeri enjoys a variety of activities including music, travel, golf, cooking, and exercise—particularly weight lifting, yoga, Pilates, and dance. She is also a dedicated supporter of various charities, with a focus on improving animal welfare.
