Jill brings an undeniable passion for real estate and an unparalleled dedication to excellence in client services. She developed this passion for working in Real Estate alongside her family.

She is the daughter of a Real Estate Broker and a General Contractor, both with over 60 years serving Alameda and Contra Costa Counties. This exposure afforded her an appreciation and understanding of many aspects of the Real Estate industry, Investing, Flipping, Holding, Asset Management, Property Management, Asset Diversification, 1031 Exchanges, and more.

With over 20 years of marketing and business negotiation experience in the high-tech industry, Jill is now enjoying her 20th year in Real Estate. She takes pride in the fact that she is regarded by all who know her as trustworthy, professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable in her field. She conducts her personal life and business by the same basic principles and values, with the highest standards of integrity, loyalty, compassion, and reliability.

She is an organized innovative professional who employs a tireless work ethic. Coming always from a place of contribution first and being a teacher at heart, she is eager to share her knowledge and experience with her clients. Jill’s focus is to serve by helping to guide, educate, and represent her clients through the challenges of real estate transactions to positive conclusions.

After running her own brokerage, Cavalier Real Estate Services, for 9 years, her business continued to grow and expand. To facilitate further growth for her team, she chose to align herself with Keller Williams, the largest real estate sales force in the world.

Since joining Keller Williams, Jill has been awarded the President's Circle Award, the Triple Gold Award, 4 Time BOLD Graduate, and has served on the ALC; Agent Leadership Council as well as the Agent Mentor Program. Jill has also been recognized in the top 1% production of KW agents in the Northern California & Hawaii Region, as well as a 5-Star Real Estate Agent in the East Bay Area.

Jill is also honored to be a Real Estate Coach for one of the largest coaching programs across the globe. Helping agents to improve their businesses, quality of service and professionalism in Real Estate across the nation.
