Karla Fayne is a licensed real estate consultant and Team Leader serving the Memphis, Tennessee Metro area over seventeen years with an expansion to NW Mississippi in 2018. Since joining Keller Williams Realty in 2007 Karla has earned several designations and recognitions including Accredited Buyer Agent, Senior Real Estate Specialist, Certified Distressed Property Expert; KW Rising Star Award in 2016, MAAR Multi Million Dollar Club Lifetime member since 2021, and with past service on the Agent Leadership Council, an honor offered to top producers within Keller Williams. In response to a desire to provide greater service to the community and to assist agents to build successful careers, the Karla Fayne Team was formed in 2018.
