As a nearly lifelong resident of Santa Cruz County and a licensed real estate broker with more than 25 years of experience, Kathleen is one of the most knowledgeable and experienced professionals in the area. Kathleen earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing from San Diego State University and also has extensive experience in interior design. She provides her Sellers with creative updating and staging idaea for preparing their homes to be put on the market, which is key in receiving the highest possible price. As well, she assists her Buyers by suggesting upgrades and remodeling ideas, as needed. She is experienced in working with the Santa Cruz Building/Planning Department on new construction projects and land development.
