We live and work here in North Orange County, California. Our focus is our clients, putting them & their families first...ALWAYS. Whether it is helping them find their "forever home" helping them "down-size" or moving aging family members closer to a 55+ community. Knowing North Orange County and the surrounding areas, allows us to guide our clients and their families through each phase of their Real Estate journey. Thus we have structured and built our team to serve each of those phases.

On our team we have a dedicated team of 55+ Senior Specialists who know LEISURE WORLD, SEAL BEACH and other 55+ communities here in Southern California. We have a FIRST TIME home buyer program complete with FREE classes and lots of hand holding, there are agents on our team dedicated to our "move-up" clients looking for their new home, but still need to sell their current home (very tricky and thus these agents are the best!) and we offer a luxury division. We understand that not all of our clients are the same, thus we analyze and properly set you up with the right agent on our team who can and will meet your families needs here in North Orange County and South Los Angeles County.
