Bio

Kendall Butler has the mind of an engineer, the heart of a poet and the spirit of an athlete. She has been a top producing real estate broker for over 15 years and prides herself in being an excellent problem solver and negotiation expert. Kendall has an undergraduate Degree in Chemical Enginering and a masters in Real Estate Development from Auburn University. Kendall advises real estate investors, developers and individuals helping each reach their personal goals. Kendall has developed over 150 single family residential lots and currently has 42 rental units in development along with 100 additional single family lots. Kendall is also the 2nd top producing agent in the state of GA and #118 in USA based on transactions.
Kendall is not only a successful business owner and developer. She is mom to four wonderful children and has a successful marriage of 21 years.
