Bio

Moving from Washburn, WI to Madison, WI when he was 18 yo, Kevin Clark, co-owner of MAKING DREAMS Realty, originally studied engineering at the University of Wisconsin – Madison. Quickly realizing his passion for mathematics, business and working with people; at a young age, he ventured out on some “incredible life experiences” in sales. Eventually returning to Wisconsin, Kevin landed at Edgewood College in Madison, WI, where he completed his Bachelor of Science degree in 2001 and Master of Business Administration degree in 2010. Employed as a high-school math teacher and enjoying educating students, Kevin surprisingly found himself desiring a professional change, seeking a more personal and purposeful working relationship directly with people in the areas of business, financial health and home ownership. After 15 years of teaching, he transitioned back into the business world, and, along with his wife, Renee Clark, founded MAKING DREAMS Realty (MDR). Focusing their efforts in real estate in order to 'partner with people to achieve dreams’, the company has quickly grown and the MDR Team has become a well-known real estate partner to many people in Southern Wisconsin. As a previous sales agent, a mathematician, educator, and expert negotiator, Kevin brings a skill set to the real estate profession that is rarely witness, yet much required. Their company's unique team approach consistently provides the highest quality service to customers and clients throughout the Southern Wisconsin area.
