Bio

As Owner of ALG NY Management, Certified Property Manager and Licensed Real Estate Broker, I pride myself in developing close relationships with my clients. In addition to offering sales/leasing expertise, I offer interior design assistance as well as marketing plans. Once the sales/lease transactions are complete, I offer management services for my clients. My husband is a developer, and I sell, rent and manage all his units as well. Our most recent project, The Joinery, is the first luxury condominium building to be built in the South Bronx and we proudly had record-breaking sales in 2019. Prior to having children, I worked at Cushman & Wakefield for 14 years in the technology department and developed a love for real estate. It's truly an exciting, versatile industry, and I love the opportunity to work with many interesting people.
