I'm a real estate geek.
There isn't anything about this business I don't love. I have an uncanny ability to figure out what my buyers want even before they know themselves. When it comes to helping people buy or sell what is most likely their largest investment, there is never a place for being pushy, though I have been known to tell my clients to "bring their checkbooks" when I knew I had found their perfect home. My business has thrived over all of these years thanks to referrals from my many past clients, friends, family, other agents (yes, really), loan officers and others in "the business". I'm proud to have such a good reputation as someone who gets things done and always puts my client first.

Specialties: Contract writing, contract negotiation, working with difficult people (this is so important in this business), making sure all the things I don't have control over are done as they should, having fun in stressful situations.
