Nick's learning-based philosophy led to undergraduate & law degrees (B.S,. 2000; J.D., 2004) from Valparaiso University, as well as the prestigious industry designations CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist), CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist) and RSPS (Resort and Second Property Specialist). Nick's personal real estate sales success lands him on the Chicago Association of Realtors Top Producer award list year after year, and for the past 8 years in a row he has been named a Five Star Real Estate Agent by Chicago Magazine. He was recently highlighted as part of The 2020 500 list of influential top Realtors nationwide in a special section of Forbes.

EXIT Strategy Realty has two offices in Chicago, strategically placed on opposite ends of the city's vibrant north and south sides. He also has started a second company, Strategic Title Co, which handles real estate closings out of dozens of convenient locations across Chicagoland. Based in part on these ventures, CS Magazine named him to their "Real Estate Visionaries" list 3 years in a row, and now has been named to Crain's Chicago Business list of Notable LGBTQ Executives. Civic wise, Nick is honored to be currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Chicago Association of Realtors as well as holding the position of President of his neighborhood condominium association.
