Bio

Padgett McCormick’s passion for real estate began while attending Rollins
College when she helped her mother purchase, renovate and sell rental
properties. Today, she has more than 22 years of experience working with
Central Florida’s most discerning luxury home clientele and a penchant for
creating relationships that last far beyond closing.
Padgett’s business approach is guided by her strong work ethic, ability to
grow and maintain trust while valuing her clients and prioritizing their
needs. She is skilled at navigating complex negotiations while building
solid and lasting relationships. Padgett’s first priority is to ensure that
her clients are secure in their decisions and ultimately happy with the
end result. Her innate ability to connect with her clients has earned
Padgett a large network of repeat clients and a healthy referral business
with a reputation as a hard-working and loyal agent who works tirelessly
to deliver on her clients’ goals. With so much success in the real estate
industry, she measures that success from a personal angle. Padgett says,
“If my clients are referring others to me, I know that I have earned their
respect and confidence and that is the highest honor.”
Padgett says that the collaboration and concierge approach she provides
clients could not be accomplished without a team. She treasures her long
standing relationships with teammates, Molly Harris, Jennifer Abell and
Tanya Smith. These relationships foster creativity and more meaningful
success as they are allowed to play off each others’ skills and knowledge to
create the best solutions for clients with enhanced service throughout.
Her qualifications in real estate include being a Broker-Associate licensee
in the state of Florida, holding the Certified Residential Specialist
designation and being awarded the Certified Luxury Home Marketing
Specialist designation with GUILD recognition. She is an active member of
the Orlando Regional Realtor Association, Florida Association of Realtors
and National Association of Realtors. She is multi-year award winner for
Five Star Professional, The Hot 100 and Orlando’s Five Star Realtors.
When Padgett is not working, she can be found spending time with
her family, entertaining friends or walking her dogs. She grew up in
Windermere and now lives in Winter Park where she is an active member
of her community. She is passionate about animals and serves in several
Central Florida community organizations and volunteer efforts to improve
their lives.
