Bio

Sara was born and raised in China. From an early age, she had a passion for real estate. Starting at age 10, she helped her father build their own homes in her home town. She moved to the United States as an international student in 1999 and has lived in the San Francisco Bay Area ever since. She started her first career with Nielsen TV Ratings as a Sales Representative and trainer. With her passion for Real Estate and design, she started her own Real Estate development company and cutting-edge prefab construction company in 2003. Given her broad background in Sales and the Real Estate industry, Sara understands the unique real estate needs of her clients, matching people with properties for Buyers and getting top dollar for Sellers. She is exceptionally personable, and her friendly, down-to-earth style makes the process of buying or selling property easy for her clients. Speaking English, Mandarin, and Cantonese （国，粤，英语）, Sara understands the needs of clients from diverse cultures. She has been told by her clients and friends that she is always able to find the humor in situations and herself. She is well known by her clients and in the communities, she serves as the PONYTAIL Agent. In fact, it wasn’t long after she started as an agent before her clients started telling their friends and family that for any Real Estate questions, just “Ask Ponytail.” Because of this, she has adopted the tag line “#Ask Ponytail” as part of her personal brand. Here are Sara’s latest accomplishments:
• Sara has been in the Top 1% of Agents in East Bay since 2017.
• Sara has been the No 1. Agent in Richmond since 2017.

Sara enjoys serving the community and is a Founding Family member of Yu Ming--the first Mandarin and English immersion public school in California (voted one of the best public schools in California in 2019). When not working, she can be found either volunteering at the school or indulging in her other passion, tennis.
