Bio

Shawn has been active in the Real Estate field for over a decade and has been a lifelong resident of Harford & Baltimore County. Shawn is a graduate of Calvert Hall and has further training in negotiation tactics and finances. He has always been a top producer and is very proud of the client relationships he has built over the years.

In 2018, Shawn took the next step and created the Shawn Little Team to keep up with the rising demands of his clients. This Team approach is a win for his clients as they get the top level service they deserve from him and his agents while focusing on the ever-changing field of real estate and client demands.

Shawn has a history of public service and is always involved in the community. He has coached youth soccer and softball and is also a trained EMT/Firefighter. He has two wonderful daughters who are attending college.

In 2021, the Shawn Little Team is proud to announce their affiliation with Northrop Realty. This partnership was a big step in providing TOP NOTCH service to all of their clients. Northrop has consistently been the largest producing real estate firm in the area using exceptional marketing tools and has furthermore received Top Reviews and Ratings from all of the industry leaders.
