Bio

Meticulous and tenacious, Coldwell Banker Realty agent Sherri Murphy is committed to delivering
an ultimate, positive real estate experience. She gains insight into each clients’ unique desires and
goals by holding listing and buyer consultations. Then, Sherri meshes these needs and aspirations
with her comprehensive knowledge of the market – gained from 20-plus years of experience, a
passion for learning and multiple certifications – to develop effective strategies. Additionally, as a
native to Texas, Sherri wields extensive intel of the tremendous changes and growth of the
Dallas/Fort Worth region, which she passes on to her clients so they can make the most informed
decisions. Professional, honest, and enthusiastic, Sherri aims to exceed expectations and become
a real estate advisor for life for her clients.
Sherri is the team lead for The Ultimate Real Estate Group, consisting of three other agents. She
guides the group with knowledge from her diversified background – which includes experience as
a mitigation lost specialist, asset manager, loan officer and a property manager. Sherri is
proficient in short sales, foreclosures, commercial and mixed-use spaces, mortgage lending and
managing large portfolios of properties. Sherri is also certified as a Military Relocation
Professional (MRP), addressing their unique needs. With family members in the military, she holds
a special place in her heart for those who have served and supports them through philanthropy.
As the leader, Sherri focuses her attention on luxury clientele. She has earned the Accredited
Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS) and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS™)
designations from The Institute of Luxury Home Marketing (ILHM) to be able to assist high-end
personnel best. She also earned the GUILD recognition with ILHM for closing multiple luxury
transactions in a 24-month period. Additionally, having grown up with builders in the family (her
uncle and grandfather), she applies this familiarity with local builders while working with clients
building custom homes.
Backed by the Coldwell Banker® brand, Sherri implements cutting-edge technology and innovative
marketing tactics for her clients. She aims to efficiently sell a home for the highest dollar or find
the right home at the right price for buyers, all while not missing anything in the market. For
sellers, Sherri produces an arsenal of assets (including digital and print brochures, virtual tours,
postcards, social media campaigns and eBlasts) and targets marketing campaigns to the most
likely buyer demographic. Buyers benefit from her in-depth knowledge of the area and full-service
access to mortgage, title, and insurance providers. As a testament to her exemplary strategies,
Sherri was a featured real estate agent in Texas Top 100 magazine.
When Sherri is not guiding buyers and sellers through the real estate process, she enjoys creating
memories with her three grown children and two grandchildren, traveling, and relaxing on the
beach. She also collects art and appreciates interior design.
