Stacey brings 14+ years of expertise and knowledge to every transaction in the dynamic and fast-paced market of the DC Metro area. Whether someone is a first-time homebuyer, selling their second home or a seasoned investor, she puts her clients’ interests first, keeping them informed every step of the way so they are able to make the best decision for themselves and their families. She operates from a partnership approach with her clients and fiercely advocates on their behalf. Stacey understands that buying a home is one of the most significant financial (and emotional) decisions a person will make in their lifetime and she very much appreciates the privilege and responsibility of being a part of that process. As a homeowner and investor herself, Stacey understands that homeownership is often the foundation of wealth building and her objective is to help as many people as she can achieve that goal. She is licensed in DC, Maryland and Virginia.

Stacey is a native Marylander, where she grew up in the town of Pasadena just south of Baltimore. She earned a degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland in College Park and stayed on to work as a Laboratory Coordinator in a child development lab after graduation. Stacey’s desire to help people lead her to begin her Real Estate adventure in 2006. Unfortunately the market was declining and the housing bubble was about to burst, so she had to quickly learn the necessary skills to become a successful Realtor at a tumultuous time when many were leaving the business. Stacey has been fortunate to grow her business year-over-year by making every single buyer and seller her number one top priority. As a result, the majority of her business comes from referrals and repeat clients.

When she’s not helping clients sell or find homes, Stacey is helping dogs and cats find their forever homes by volunteering with various local rescue organizations; attending adoption events, fostering dogs and cats, socializing kittens and conducting trap-neuter-release (TNR) for community and feral cats.
