I have been a full time Real Estate Agent for 11 years, a resident in El Paso County since 1989 and am a Colorado native. My knowledge of the local area and market is valuable in helping home buyers find their next home in the area that matches their needs and lifestyle. My personal style of communication and attention to detail makes the home buying or selling process as easy as possible.

As a continued commitment to buyers and sellers, I expand my knowledge through education. I have completed the Military Relocation Profession certification. (MRP). This deepens my understanding of the military relocation process and allows me to better assist the VA buyer. I keep current on short sales as a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) and I have also earned my CNE (Certified Negotiating Expert). This certification specializes in real estate negotiating. I am a believer in building wealth through real estate investing and I have many years in marketing and negotiation. I strive to listen to the client and help them establish a plan to accomplish their goal. Additionally I have earned The ABR^® designation which is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation demonstrates to peers and consumers a commitment to providing outstanding service to real estate buyers.
